Lessons

  • Do I need an instrument to take a free lesson?

    Students are not required to have an instrument to schedule a free lesson. We rent and sell instruments and are more than happy to offer our professional services to help you find the right fit. Schedule your Free lesson today.

  • What do your rates start at for lessons?

    Our packages start at $89 a month for 40-min lessons and go up from there depending on the lesson package you choose and no contracts to sign. We provide 40-min or hour, and weekly or alternate-weekly lessons.
    Schedule a free no-obligation lesson with any of our instructors. We would love to discuss pricing and options in more detail during that appointment.

  • Do you offer community involvement or opportunities to showcase for students?

    Absolutely! We have a 1,000 sq ft concert hall for recitals, workshops, orchestras, choirs, student bands and more. We also do an all-student concert at a larger venue every summer and winter.

  • What ages can take lessons at Lucci Music?

    All ages, levels and styles. Almost half of our clientele is young-adult to adult students (even seniors).

  • What instruments do you recommend for young students (ages 3-8)

    We really recommend starting with a fundamental instrument such as violin or piano which translates very well into drums or guitar later on.

Repairs

  • How Long will my repair take?

    We try to complete most major repairs within 3-6 days upon receipt. You can also pay a rush processing fee to get in front of the line and get your gear returned to you quicker.

  • What kind of guitar repairs/upgrades do you specialize in?

    Pickup install, upgrading parts, tube amp repairs, refinishing, broken necks, cracked head stocks, acoustic guitar cracks/splits in the body, fret dressing/leveling, vintage cleaning/restoration, bridge repair, crazy pickup configurations/customization, and much more. If you have any special or custom needs, please contact us.

  • Can you help me figure out the right upgrade for my gear?

    Yes! We would love to spend some time with you to figure out your needs and share solutions.

  • What else do you do?

    We can help you set up the perfect pedal board, repair and tune-up your amp, pick the best gear, tell you about mods/upgrades that we love, and be a place where you can bring your gear to jam or just hang out.

  • Are you guys awesome?

    Yes.

  • What kind of quality control do you have?

    We will send you an itemized repair invoice with detailed notes that can be paid once the work is complete. We notify our clients when everything is complete, and will always call with questions if we are unsure of a particular detail.

    If you are not satisfied with your repair, please contact us. We want to make sure you receive your product 110% satisfied with our work, and will do everything we can to make it right

Rentals

  • Do you have rentals readily available in the Colorado Springs shop?

    Yes we do!

  • If I’m planning on taking lessons, should I just go ahead and fill out the rental on-line?

    No, we will be more than happy to assist you when you come in to the shop. We use our in-house rental program for our students.

  • If I’m moving, can I take my rental with me?

    Absolutely! Just check with us and we will make sure to set you up with the correct program.

  • Can I return my Music and Arts rental to you even though I didn’t rent from your shop?

    Yes, we are the exclusive affiliate in Colorado Springs for Music and Arts! Just drop on by with the instrument and we’ll get you on your way quickly.

  • I didn’t see it on-line, but do you sell band and orchestra books and accessories?

    We have everything you will need for your school, in stock at our shop, and we love creating new relationships with our local band/orchestra directors!

  • What kind of rental will I receive?

    Brand new or slightly used (fully reconditioned) performance quality instruments with case and no contracts to sign.

    P.S. — We never rent low-quality “student grade” instruments (if a professional can’t make it sound good, how is a beginner supposed to?)

  • How long will it take to ship my items?

    We understand that time is money, and your projects are waiting, so we try to ship every order within 2 business days or less.

  • What is your return policy?

    Returns may be requested within seven (7) days upon receipt. Up to a 25% restocking fee may be applied to items not returned in original condition with their original packaging. Please contact us to request a return.

    All returns will be exchanged for store credit minus any originating shipping costs paid by Lucci Music. Returns on defective items will not be subject to any originating shipping costs.

    All new items carry a standard manufacture’s warranty. Used, blemished (blem), or vintage items do not carry a warranty of any kind. We do our absolute best to show photos and detailed descriptions for used gear, but if in doubt, please contact us, we will always be honest about the condition of our gear in stock.

    We cannot accept returns on unopened media of any kind or products that utilize the mouth or inside/over the ears.

    Returns exclude ToneVille Amplifiers as these items come with a one-year-warranty directly from our local shop. If one of these items is found to be defective upon receipt, we will make our best efforts to quickly exchange, or repair the item(s).

    At Lucci Music, we take pride in our products and service. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, or the product does not meet our supplied specification, simply contact customer support and we will do everything we can to make it right.

  • How long will my return/exchange take?

    We do our best to process returns/exchanges within 2 to 4 business days upon arrival at our shop.

  • Is my information secure?

    Our web store is secured by Shopify payment systems and is Level 1 PCI compliant at all times. We never compromise when it comes to your security.
