Get two killer pedals from two different boutique pedal shops in a single pedal with the JHS Pedals/Keeley Electronics Steak and Eggs overdrive/compressor pedal. These two pedal powerhouses got together and created a cool multifunction pedal with modified circuitry that is better than ever. The JHS Morning Glory has a new drive switch that adds power, punch, and dirt to the original. Keeley Electronics added a blend control and bright switch to their classic Compressor pedal. The JHS Pedals/Keeley Electronics Steak and Eggs may just be one of the best overdrive/compressor pedals on the market.
JHS didn't just drop the Morning Glory Overdrive into the JHS Pedals/Keeley Electronics Steak and Eggs, they went back to the drawing board and created a higher gain version for this pedal. The modified circuitry delivers more power and dirt than ever before. An all-new Gain switch adds headroom and punch when the Drive is set below 80% and more gain, dirt, and saturation above 80%. The standard Morning Glory bright cut is now on an internal dip switch so you can get the sound you know and love.Keeley-created compressor tones
The 3-knob version of Keeley's famous Compressor is housed on the left side of the JHS Pedals/Keeley Electronics Steak and Eggs pedal. Keeley started by adding a Blend control so you can dial in your original signal to ensure the original punch and tone of your sound. Modded circuitry adds more treble and mid emphasis to your sound while a Bright switch adds the perfect amount of jangle. The faster compressor release times offer more clarity and note definition. And there is an internal DIP switch that lets you access the original classic Keeley Compressor sound. Add this to the great sound of the Morning Glory and the JHS Pedals/Keeley Electronics Steak and Eggs pedal is a force to be reckoned with.Combine these pedals for unique tone
While each section on the Steak and Eggs overdrive/compressor sounds sweet, you can combine the two to create inspiring tones you've only dreamed of. Best of all, there's a toggle switch to select which effect section comes first in the signal path. Between the powerful controls and the ability to change the signal path, you've got incredible sonic potential in the JHS Pedals/Keeley Electronics Steak and Eggs overdrive/compressor.
